"Quick help when I really needed it"
I had a small issue where my order status just wasn’t updating, so I ended up messaging support to see what was going on. They got back to me later that same day and explained it in a way that actually made sense, which I appreciated because I was starting to wonder if maybe...
It still took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but at least they responded quickly and didn’t make it stressful. Overall, it was a good experience, not perfect, but I felt like they handled it well.

"The “Guess What’s Happening” Team"
Dealing with them felt like being enrolled in the Mystery Updates Club. Communication was bad, and there was basically no transparency. I kept waiting for clear info, but all I got was the classic ‘figure it out yourself’ experience.

"Delivery came quicker then expected"
I ordered a pair of shoes from klekt and the delivery was faster than I thought it would be. I figured the checking process might slow things down a bit, but they still arrived in good time. Tracking was easy to follow too. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the update emails were a little delayed, but overall I’m happy with how quick they came.

The site was fine overall, but the fees didn’t really show up until later, or at least I didn’t notice them until then. Would’ve been better if that was clearer from the start.

"Stock info feels a bit unreliable"
I’ve used KLEKT a few times now, and the site itself looks decent and easy enough to browse. But am I the only one who finds the stock availability kind of frustrating?
A couple of times I’ve seen items marked as available, placed an order, and then ended up waiting just to be told it couldn’t be fulfilled, or the status took forever to update. It makes it hard to trust what’s actually in stock when you’re trying to buy something.

Customer service did reply, so I’ll give them that, but it didn’t really make up for the wasted time. I feel like it would be a lot better if the stock info was more accurate before people pay.

"Checkout was easy, confirmation just took a minute"
I paid for my order on klekt the checkout was straightforward. I’m always a bit picky about payment pages because I hate when they feel sketchy or start throwing random card errors, but this one went through fine with no drama.

The only thing that bugged me a little was the confirmation taking longer than I expected, so I kept refreshing my email like an impatient person. Still, it wasn’t a huge deal in the end, the payment felt secure enough, and everything worked the way it should

"Sizing felt off and the info wasn’t consistent"
The shoes showed up quickly, so that part was fine, but the sizing was a mess for me. I ordered my usual size and they definitely fit smaller than expected. What made it more annoying was getting inconsistent answers about whether they run small or if the listing was accurate, so I didn’t really know what to trust. Ended up reselling them instead of actually getting to wear them.

I thought the buyer protection would have my back if something went wrong, but it ended up feeling useless. When I actually needed help, I got nowhere, and it seemed like the terms had changed or suddenly meant something different than what I expected. Really frustrating experience

I ordered it from overseas and it got here fine in the end. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but not a huge deal. The tracking was okay too, even if that part was a bit all over the place at times.

"Customs fees caught me off guard"
I wasn’t expecting extra customs fees when the package showed up, so that was frustrating. The item itself was fine, I guess, but then having to pay more at delivery kind of ruined the whole experience. Maybe I missed something in the details, but either way, it didn’t feel worth it in the end.

I ordered a pair of sneakers that were listed as being in very good condition. From the way the listing came across, I assumed they’d be a little cleaner than they were in person. They’re still wearable and definitely legit, but there was more creasing and a few small marks that didn’t really show in the photos. Delivery was fine, nothing amazing or bad. Overall, they’re okay, I just think the condition could’ve been described a bit more honestly. 3 stars.

The tracking was pretty much useless. It barely updated, so I had no clue where my order even was most of the time. When I contacted support, it was slow, and I kept getting transferred around instead of anyone actually helping me. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Legit, though the waiting made me second-guess it"
I’d heard Klekt was trustworthy, and my order pretty much confirmed that for me. The shoes arrived, got checked, and everything looked fine, so that part was solid. The only thing is the updates were slow, and for a few days I was checking my email way too much wondering what was going on. In the end it worked out like I expected, just not the smoothest experience.

I had to cancel my order on KLEKT i felt a bit stupid for trusting the process to be quick and simple. Support did get back to me and they sorted it out in the end, but the waiting around was really frustrating. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but it definitely could’ve been handled a lot smoother

I sold a pair of shoes on KLEKT and the payout came through faster than I thought it would. Compared to a lot of other selling platforms where you feel like you're waiting forever or chasing updates, this was smooth. Definitely happy with the experience.

"Auth check felt a bit thin for the price"
I bought a pair from Klekt mainly because of the authenticity check, so I was expecting a bit more reassurance. The shoes did pass in the end, but I didn’t really get much detail about what they looked at or why everything was considered good.
Delivery was okay and the shoes seem fine, but with the extra fees, I wanted better updates and clearer proof of the verification. Maybe the process is legit, but for what I paid, it felt basic. Not sure I’d rush to use them again
